Power to Coach is an intensive five-month advanced leadership program that prepares executives to successfully coach individuals and teams to greater innovation and higher performance. Here, we weave practicality and inspirational tools that translate potential into reality.
This program combines fifteen hours of live, online interactive group work and five supervised leader-to-leader practice sessions where you put the program’s concepts into practice in real time. This experience offers tandem learning with a small group of peers and leaders, mentorship by a preeminent executive coach, and skill development that can be applied in real time, within your own organization.
Our executive coaches improve performance by helping individuals develop and sustain new perspectives, attitudes, skills, and behaviors. We focus on the future, discovering paths, and building up our participants to lead their own legacies.
Our program is aimed towards C-Suite executives and their demanding world of decision making. Power to Coach is a holistic approach to the development of a leader. Here, we unlock true potential and facilitate learning and growth- in personal development as well as professional. Power to Coach focuses on collaborative, dynamic 1:1 coaching and development into thought leaders. Our goal is to unlock key components of an individual and recognize untapped potential that can then permeate into their own company culture.
June Carter brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership coaching, executive development, team building and change management to her professional practice. The founder of Tango Leadership, she leads a diverse team of coaches, consultants, trainers and speakers who work with mid- and peak-career leaders across the United States to measurably increase organizational performance through personal growth.
A former senior consultant and COO at Wells Fargo, June has extensive corporate experience in human resources, organizational development, diversity/equity/inclusion strategy and internal analytics systems. With her engaging, empathetic style, she is known for quickly building rapport and trust with her clients—who come from disparate fields like finance, manufacturing and medical technology. Leaders who work with June have transformed their organizations’ culture, experienced record engagement with team members and customers and have used the skills they developed to become more effective coaches and mentors themselves.
A native of TK TOWN and graduate of Clark University in Worcester, MA., Carter is based in Charlotte, N.C. She is a Professional Certified Coach by the ICF, and a Co-Active Certified Coach by the CTI.

Dan is a graduate of Colorado College and the Arizona State University College of Law, where he specialized in business law and taxation.
